The consumer has the right to return products purchased in our shop within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day following the day of delivery of the product – for example, if you received the product on Monday, the deadline for the return must be counted from the next day, i.e. Tuesday.

We kindly inform you that the consumer withdrawing from the contract shall bear the costs of returning the product himself.
In case of return of one or more products purchased as a SET (purchased with the set creator), the Seller shall refund the price for the returned product reduced the discount received by the Customer when purchasing the set.
The consumer has the right to exchange products purchased in our shop for other products available in the shop within 30 days without giving any reason. The 30-day period begins on the day following the day of delivery of the product – for example, if you received the product on Monday, the deadline for returning the product you want to exchange should be counted from the next day, i.e. Tuesday.

In the case of a difference in price between the product to be returned and the one to be replaced, the customer will be obliged to pay the difference or the shop to return it accordingly. The cost of shipping next product is covered by the customer.
A consumer may make a complaint if a product purchased by a consumer through our shop has defects.
In order to submit a complaint, please inform us by e-mail to email@example.com about the reason for submitting the complaint, the type of the defect found, the circumstances of its occurrence and the order number to which the complaint relates, and attach photographs of the defect found to the e-mail.
We will inform you of further steps in the return e-mail.
Please be informed that in case of sending back the product, the cost of replacement or repair, if the purchased product has a defect, is covered by the seller. The Consumer sends the complaint at his own expense, and if the complaint (product defect) is accepted, the cost incurred by the Consumer will be returned to him (in the amount corresponding to the cost of the cheapest delivery). If after examination of the claimed product, the seller does not find a defect in it, the product will be returned at the Consumer’s expense.
